<p>Are these would-be smugglers agents of <a onmouseover="return escape( popwSearchNews( this ))" href="http://search.bloomberg.com/search?q=Kim+Jong+Il&amp;site=wnews&amp;client=wnews&amp;proxystylesheet=wnews&amp;output=xml_no_dtd&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8&amp;filter=p&amp;getfields=wnnis&amp;sort=date:D:S:d1">Kim Jong Il</a> stashing North Korea’s cash in a Swiss vault?
